Grow Microgreens

 Microgreens

I'm growing broccoli, sunflower, and onion microgreens.  I LOVE this process, and love the yummy results!!!  Let's do it!

Supplies I use:

-- Seedling trays (I bought some via Amazon and some elsewhere)  These consist of a bottom tray (solid tray) and a mesh tray that sit a half inch from the bottom tray.

-- Coco Coir (compressed bricks or smaller discs available online or at any garden center.  Follow package instructions to re-hydrate coir.)

-- Spray bottles

-- Food-grade hydrogen peroxide
